On two separate occasions, Caballero inspected houses for me. Each time, Rusty was there on time and ready to work, very polite and knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain things to me. He and another worker crawled under the houses (including one that was a very tight squeeze), climbed up into hard to access attics, and worked exceptionally well with my home inspector. I'm so glad my realtor recommended them. I'm very comfortable about having them in my house and I look forward to seeing them again for yearly termite prevention.
