Eldridge Bruno and his team (which includes his dad), were terrific. They finished the project on time and on budget. There were a couple of hiccups in the installation of our security equipment, but they diagnosed the project and determined what needed to be done and then did it. If a job goes perfectly it's easy to say they were great, but a true professional shines when challenges arise and they deal with them without breaking stride. The Bruno's Audio Video team are true professionals and I can't recommend them enough!

It was expensive. They did a halfway decent job. They're the only ones in the city that seem to know a little bit of what they were doing. It was substandard. We had to go back and do it again. It was supposed to be $300. But, when they finished, they invoiced me for about $700. They were here immediately. They should complete the work all the way through and then respond back when there's stuff wrong. We actually had to go buy equipment to fix his equipment.

"I never received a phone call from Mr. [Member Name Removed] that his cameras was not working. Before we started working on Mr. LaRiva cameras I told him that his system was not reliable. He told me that since he already had the system he wanted to take a chance using his existing system. Mr. [Member Name Removed] did not have all the parts for us to install his cameras and I give him a price before any work was done. $205 for Labor and $282.51 for Parts"

Superb, highly professional team of father & son.  Returned my first phone call promptly, scheduled service on a Saturday at no extra charge, arrived on time, knew their trade, and performed extremely well.  They also do home security system installation with A/V cameras and networking, and I got a quote for that as well.  I will probably use them for that.
