We are a lawn care company and we send any broken windows to them and they take care of them without any issues.

They were nice on the phone, and came on time. They finished the work without me checking it over, my fault, but I was working. When I looked after they had left, there were two big gouges in the paint on either side of the rear glass. There is also the sound of little glass shards when I open and close the trunk, I guess some fell in the void.
I brought the car to their location to show them the damage, several people came to look at it and they finally acknowledged it was their fault. They were not apologetic about it, and said I could take it to a body shop they specified to be fixed. I asked them for some refund of the work because of the inconveience and lost time so far and time I would lose getting it fixed. The lady in the office told me they would have to call me. No one ever called.

They did my wind shield. The service is okay.

It was quick. They did it while I was there. They did it perfectly. The price was very reasonable, much cheaper than going and buying a new mirror in store. I was pleasantly surprised. It was easy. I was happy to find a local company that could do what I wanted as quickly as they did.

The tech showed up on time and went to work quickly. The appointment was made earlier in the week and a follow up phone call from them was received confirming the appointment time 1 hour prior to the arrival. I would definitely call them again. The rate paid was competitive for the work performed and I was charged the exact rate quoted over the phone.

I called around to about 5 different auto glass replacement companies for quotes to replace my Mini windshield. I went with Broad because they are a local company and they had positive reviews on Angies List and Google. They were not the absolute lowest price, but I had concerns about prices that were too good to be true, as I had read that companies will tack on a lot of fees at the last minute. Broad was about half the price of the big national company, however.
I really appreciate the fact that they went out of their way to work with my schedule. I needed to drop it off before their scheduled opening time, and one of the employees came in early especially to meet me. The car was ready when they said it would be, and the final bill was exactly what they quoted. There have been several heavy rains since then and I haven't seen any signs of leakage. You can't get better than that!
