We believe in working hard, doing the right thing and giving our clients the same respect we would give our family and friends. We believe that we will give you an honest diagnosis for a fair price and when we do the repair, we will do it with pride and quality. It was a small repair, but they did a great job. They took care of it for me. I would use their service again. I liked the fact that they came in fixed it. I wasn't home, but they did it and didn't worry about the money. They came back and I paid them. THey told me that they could do it even if I wasn't there. They did the work, they knew I wasn't going to be there, and they collected the money later.

There was no additional cost. There was a little confusion as to what the offer actually was. It seemed to be more like an inspection rather than a repair or check but he did the job so no complaints.

The work was all completed on time and in budget. There was constant contact between me and the office. I was so pleased to be able to get someone on the phone no matter what the issue was. They even worked with my insurance adjuster and came out on their own time to go over the rain damage with him! Seriously above and beyond customer care. They have done a number of jobs for me and we won't use anyone else. As far as I'm concerned (and we've tried a lot before them) they are the best roofers in the city. Honest, solid work and experts in all materials. I'm hesitant to even make this review because they may get too busy for me to get on their schedule but they earned a good review.

Excellent. The office manager Renee kept me posted well prior to the start of the job. I wanted to be on site and they accommodated that. .Chris Brennan is very polite and professional. My roof had an oddity: an addition was apparently put on years ago and a low, flat spot on the roof existed due to poor design by whoever put on the addition. To fix this required a small structure be built. The did that and only charged me for 2 pieces of plywwood. or $100. They could have easily charged me $500 and I wouldn't have blinked an eye as in my experience that is what the work was worth. The job was done in 2 days and when they left there was no one speck of debris to be found

He answered my call promptly and was able to schedule my (very small) job immediately, as he had one in the area. He gave me a written proposal within 24 hours. The workman arrived on time without interrupting our Mother's Day celebration, and finished up quickly as a downpour was threatening. He came and went and the only sign he was here was the new roof jack.

All the workers were polite and arrived on time, and the clean up was excellent. They followed through on everything that said they would complete. The skill sets of the foreman and the representative from the company were outstanding. They took pictures of their work, and forwarded them to me so that we could see what they had done. They were always available via cell phone for any emergencies or concerns. There was a little damage to our grass, but it was addressed immediately after I brought it to their attention. I would describe their performance as awesome.
