Description of Work: Brans came and started our quarterly pest Control Services. They did a great job, were very knowledgable and thorough. They used a chemical that was safe for our pets so we didn't have to remove them from the house during the application and drying time.

 + -1 moreHe is thorough and pleasant. He is very concerned about exposure of pets and birds to his chemical. He documents everything he does. Regarding the drilling of hole that I asked him, he only charged me little amount for the service provided. He did a good job and so I followed it up with an annual contract.
Description of Work: I used Brans Pest Control a year ago to exterminate termites in our house. Also, when I had to do a partition in the house, I called him to drill a hole so I could put the bolts in the concrete.
