Brandon's Bee Removal

Brandon came out to remove a beehive that was in the soffit my home. He had to remove a piece of plywood and a few pieces of metal siding In order to do this. A person who had removed the bee 2 years ago had replaced the soffit as part of his service. I asked Brandon if he would replace the soffit and he said yes without any mention of an extra charge. The site had to stay open for a few days so Brandon said he would be back the next week. I did not hear from him again and when I called him to remind him about coming back, he wanted to to charge us an extra 150.00. He had not mentioned anything to us about an extra charge. When I told him that he had not led my husband or myself to believe there was an extra charge and that he should come back and do what he said he would do he began to get ugly. When I told him that I couldn't believe he was acting like that, he got very ugly. When I told him that I would have to write a bad revue, he totally lost his temper. He told me that if I did that he would write a bad review of my husband's business when he has never even been to my husband's business and threatened to sue me and then hung up on me. I had read some fairly good revues but one very bad revue on another site from someone who was unhappy with Brandon's work and stated that Brandon had gotten combative and lost his temper with him. However, I was willing to give him the of a doubt because I was anxious to get the work done. I should've known better.
