They installed tile tub surrounds and flooring in two bathrooms for us. Harold and his crew took their time and did excellent work - they were very precise about how the tile was laid so it would look balanced and symmetrical. The crew was prompt and professional. They were flexible about working with our schedule and even came back on a Saturday to fix a couple of minor things at our request. We also purchased the tile from them - Gail is very helpful and responsive. I think the prices are very competitive and it was easy one-stop shopping. I would definitely use them again.

The great thing about Boss Lady Flooring is that they not only sell the product but they actually install it HANDS ON! I was very impressed with Harold Boss's work ethic. My job was really involved. Not only was the old flooring removed but included in the bid was moving furniture, appliances and installing new shoe molding everywhere. Harold and his crew Timmy, Bayardo and Jorge showed up early every morning and worked late everyday even through the weekend to get my job completed. They never stopped - hardly even taking time for lunch breaks. They even moved my bed from room to room so that I never had to leave. They took away materials that had been removed and left the job clean every day. I ended up with a better job than I anticipated. The craftsmanship of the install really shows and I have received many complements from friends and neighbors. I look forward to working with Harold and Gail in the future on other projects. I really love my new floor-thanks Harold and Gail!
