After Bobby was recommended to me for this work by several members of AMICA, he was able to schedule a visit to Santa Cruz. He comes west a few times each year to service these very special instruments. He located the problem in the Ampico drive motor, repaired it, and adjusted the controls. While testing he found several other items that were maladjusted and corrected all. Bobby is extremely experienced, very thorough and considerate. His skills and knowledge make scheduling a visit for your mechanical music machine vital for its continued health.

I had been waiting for a very long time to find a good piano tuning service and then a friend referred me to Bobby. I think he did just a wonderful job and his rates are very reasonable as well.
