This company were at my home 3 hours after I called for an appointment. They arrived on time, very professional, calm, and clean professionals. They use the proper equipment to perform the service. This company is wonderful to work with.

I have used Blair several times, and have always been impressed. They are on time and courteous. The guy who came late at night was very polite and sensed the urgency with the flooding kitchen. He arrived within a half hour of my call and fixed it in about the same time. I will definitely use them again.

I had a toilet reset. The plumber needed to grout the toilet. He stated that he did not like to do this task and was not good at it. He made a completed mess in the bathroom and grout was splattered on the walls, floor and vanity. The grout job looked awful. When I asked him to do better, he became irritated. He used a screwdriver to push grout under the toilet and did not have a sponge to clean up the grout. He asked me for a roll of paperer towels. In the end, he left my bathroom with a bad grout job and grout on many surfaces. I spent time cleaning this. The company sent another plumber to redo the grout. He stated that he had seen several bad grout jobs by this plumber. I reported this to the company and they offered me a $45 discount. That was not adequate for the time that I lost but none the less, they did not even follow through with that and do not respond to my emails. I will not use them again.

Blair was called to find out if there was a water leak in one of our main water lines. The men that came out tested the lines by turning off the water under the house and observed the meter moving. We set up an appointment to repair the water main. They did not take a deposit or an estimate payment, which is usually required by them. They came within two days to repair the lines. The men had to break up the city sidewalk and dig several feet down in order to repair the line. In the meantime, they suggested we repair both lines instead of one. They dug about thirty feet back onto the property and replaced both water lines with new cut off valves under the house. They also filled in the mud and replaced the sidewalk better than it was before. They were prompt, professional, patient, clean and completed the work quicker than anticipated. The yard also looked better than it did before. The owner also came to make sure the work was done professionally. I would recommend this company.

We called the company to come to our house and do 2 things: 1) Check out/clean/unclog the drain pipe into which the water from the rinse cycle of the washing machine drains. 2)Checkout/clean/unclog a very slow draining kitchen sink drain pipe. The young fellow that came out was nice enough, but could NOT fix the first problem. He tried a couple of ways to unclog the washing machine drain pipe, but could get it to drain only marginally better. By the time he was finished fooling with it, yes, I said finished fooling with it, because after about 1 hour, he said he didn't have the time to fool with it anymore. Anyway, when I asked him about the kitchen sink drain, he just mumbled something and started putting his tools away. It was very obvious that he was in a big hurry to leave the job. I was furious, but paid the bill and just took their business card out of my Rolodex. Haven't called them since...
