Lawn Service
I purchased a Groupon for lawn service with Big Easy Lawn. Initially, I called the phone number on the coupon and although it took a few days, Jacob returned my call. He was very nice and very busy. I was leaving town so I was to schedule upon my return. I called when I returned and we scheduled a time that he was to call and meet me at the location to do the work since he had gone by the property previously and quoted it. He never called so I went by the property and he had done the yardwork. bu not very well. He did mow it. He did not edge it although it needed to be edged. He cleaned it up. I called him and left a message mentioning that it needed to be edged. He has never returned my calls since then. I would never hire him. His work is poor and he does not stand by it.
