 + -1 moreMr. Guillory makes a good first impression. To say that he is unprofessional is an understatement. He will say whatever he thinks you want to hear. He wasted two months of my time. He did absolutely nothing and lied about the work he reportedly did. I wrote this to save others time and money. The fifteen hundred dollars above is the amount he was supposed to collect in back rent from tenants.
Description of Work: Mr. Guillory agreed to take on Property Management and serve as a Leasing Agent for my properties. He said that "I don't want you to sign a contract until you see how I perform".
