It did not go well. First, the groomer came out and I explained in detail what I wanted. She seemed to have expertise in Westie grooming as she said all of the right things, though focusing on getting the ears right. Her price- $60 per dog. I thought this was high as the last time I had been in they charged me $45 per dog.
When I picked them up I was really disappointed. The ears looked good but the rest of them did not. The cut was choppy and poorly done. She had missed their legs, and it was just sloppy work.
I will not be going back there again.

The service relaxes and helps my dog. They listen to what I would like them to do with my dog. I will continue to use them in the future.
