At first everything went very well. Mr. Alan Morales is a very kind and well meaning business man. We had agreed for him to refinish our floors and start on a specific date. They came as planned and started to working on the floors. A few days in they don't show up and I call Mr. Morales to find out what happened and he said they were sick. Understandably, people do get sick so we waited a few days and they returned. During one of my visits to check in on the progress I told them I'm sorry they got sick and their worked informed me that no they didn't get sick they just got a different job and put mine on the back burner. All said and done they were out of there 2 weeks late and did not do a very good job. They cut corners and did not sand the boards smooth so you can to this day see the sand paper marks. The neglected to install a 8' threshold which I paid $100 for and have been unable to correct their errors. They have yet to refund me the $100 as promised due to them not finishing the job. Mr. Morales is a very nice man but nextime I will pay more for a better finished product.

Alan did a wonderful job. His pricing was very competitive. He inspected the area prior to beginning the job so there were no suprises. He and his assistant were punctual, kept me informed throughout the job and completed ahead of schedule. They did a great job, making the transition where we already had hardwood to the new flooring. They cleaned up all areas that they worked and disposed of the trash. I could not be more pleased with the work that Bella Renovations did and I look forward to working with them in the future as we continue our remodeling.

Alan was extremely polite, on time, and gave me an excellent price for a job well done. We had a few setbacks due to weather, but he informed me of them in a timely manner, and always kept me up to date on the progress.
