 + -1 moreJT is very reliable and trustworthy. He is quick with his diagnostics and truly cares about doing the right thing by the customer. Other companies have tried to sell whole units and replace nonfunctioning parts with no other options. JT will walk you through your options and will repair, not just replace, the unit and parts when possible. I can stand behind my recommendation for Becker's without hesitation.
