First rate from scheduling estimate to placing the order and completing the work.  Everyone was very professional, dedicated, and attentive to my questions and concerns.

The guy seemed to know what he was going to charge me before he surveyed the job. On the day of the work, the crew arrived and did the work, but the guy who did the quote didn't come. They left the work undone. They're coming back to finish the job.

It took 3-4 hours to finish up the job. They did very well with their clean up process and cleaned everything. The price was good. They quoted me one price and when it didn't take as long, they gave me a refund. They were excellent with their quality.

When he came out, they did a lot less than what I wanted done. They rushed and said they had another appointment. They did not do the work I had specified. It ended up, we didn't paid them the whole bill. I would never use them again.

.They cleared out a section of an easton which the city is suppose to be doing. I paid out of my own expense for it to be done because it was a long section of property that was three feet wide and 120 feet long. Then they also trimmed and topped off all of my palm trees. They were very high priced and I don't believe I will call them in the future because of it.
