computer repair
 + -1 moreNo one answered. On the 7th I tried to call again. I left a vm. On the 8th I called again & the manager said there was a national shortage for motherboards & she was going to email the logistics department of Barrister & have them contact me with an estimated time of when I should receive the part. On the 13th I called another parts department who said they had the part available. I called the warranty co back & told them my frustration with the Barrister. On the 14th I call the warranty co back who said they would call Barrister and have them get back to me & no one did. On the 15th I spoke to the manager of the warranty company. He told me to give it 2-3 business days to get back to me. On March 20th I called Barrister one last time & was told they kicked back my contract to the warranty co. It's now March 20th & my computer is still not fixed. I pleaded for the co I purchased the computer with the fix it. I have since then returned my computer and they are working on it.
Description of Work: I purchased a computer on Sept 11, 2004 & purchased a 3 year protection plan. On February 14, 2007 I was having problems with my computer. I called the co I purchased the warranty from who directed me to Barrister who handles all of the repairs. They never called me like the warranty co said they would. I ended up calling them on February 19. They said they would send me a new motherboard in 2 days. Once I received the motherboard I was to call to set up a time for the tech to come out. I never received the part. I called them back & the manager said that it was on its way. I received the package never opened it. I was going to wait for the tech to open it. Once the tech opened the package there was a power supply inside. The tech said it would be taken care of & the part would be shipped overnight. On March 3rd I called to see if the part had been shipped & no one could tell me anything. The manager said he would look into it & get back to me. They never did. I called back on the 5th
