American Can Apartments

Some complaints, but we have been much more happy than not happy there. We are about to leave, not because we do not love the place, but just because we are moving states. We have a very dedicated maintenance guy who is very helpful. A couple of times we had emergencies and they dropped what they were doing (fishing trips) to come and help . We were very very pleased with the promptness of the service. They do a lot in the building to foster a family environment. There is a woman who is in show business who does children's book readings for the kids out in the court yard. They have movie showings. It is a really lovely community. They do a lot to get the neighbors together. In terms of the services they provide, they have been extremely helpful. They have a front desk security guard there at all times but I would not say it is ironclad security. It is located in a very artsy and interesting area with lots of restaurants and shops. In fact, in front of the apartment, they have a strip mall with a restaurant that is very reasonably priced who will deliver to you for a reasonable fee. Thursdays, in the front parking lot, they also have a farmer's market. It is a really cool place to live, I've really enjoyed it.
