ALLIGATOR PLUMBING

When I closed on my new home last month my realtor talked with the owner of this company and he promised he would guarantee all of his work. Last week one upstairs toilet began leaking into the ceiling. I chalked this up to a freak incident until yesterday a second toilet began leaking (also at the seal). It is actually not completely clear if alligator plumbing even checked these seals and it is not clear if they are the ones who originally installed these toilets a few months ago when the home was renovated prior to me purchasing it. I was attempting to talk with the owner to clarify all of this when I called last week on 5/7/14. A very rude and mean man answered the phone and would not even let me explain why I was calling before he began arguing with me in a disparaging and condescending tone. Remaining calm I asked him to just please have the owner call me. Yesterday on 5/11/14 the second toilet began leaking and since I had not heard back from the owner I called the company again today 5/12/14 and unfortunately the same rude man answered the phone. I asked him again to have the owner call em and told him I did not wish to discuss any further details with him. He was very rude again and actually abruptly hung up on me. His tone was truly the most unpleasant tone I have ever encountered in all my years of interacting with businesses by phone. I called back and told him I did not appreciate him hanging up on me and I gave him my call back number. A few hours later my phone rang and I answered it thinking this was finally the owner. Instead and most unfortunately it was the very same rude man who now identified himself as "Sam." At first he was fairly neutral and said the owner would be coming to my home in 1 hour. I explained that I was at work and would need to make arrangements, etc and that I wanted to talk with the owner first. He then immediately began arguing with me and actually yelled at me. I told him that I would be reporting him to the Better Business Bureau which I have done. I have never been so disgusted with a company. I cannot imagine someone thinking it was a good idea to have this person "Sam" in charge of answering the phones and arranging service.
