I work with and recommend only the finest craftsman and sub-contractors for all trades - all of which I have track records Job sizes have ranged from a few hundred dollars (referral and repeat customers) upwards to $ 250,000.00. Initial consultation and project discussion is free, thereafter, Consultation and design fees are $ 75.00/hr. Maintaining historic structural and design integrity is of utmost important to me... my new construction, renovation, and restoration work will pass the test of time.
