The good: They showed up and repaired my two windows w/in 48 hours. The bad: The guy showed up early, and blocked me out of my own drive way and I had to park on the street. After he finished the job (in 15 minutes) I paid him the check of 175 (which was $15 moret than they originally quoted). I thought it was a little steep, but oh well, right? I had not noticed at the time but the man did absolutely no clean up of his mess and left calk, wood and glass shards behind. About and hour later, I got a call from another repair man who quoted me $75 for the same job. The experience wasn't good, certainly not great, but the windows are in. Update: After reading my Angies report, the secretary called me up to apologize for not quoting me the sales tax, and agreed to pay me an an additional 20 bucks for cleaning up the mess left behind. 37 bucks back on the 175, so at least that helped take the sting out of the otherwise bad experience.

"First of all blocked driveway, no one was there when we got there because, of our fast response team. we are calling the customer to refund the $ 14.40 which was the tax (sorry) also we are going to refund what ever customer deems fair for our mess. If you want us to put you ahead of other customers who are scheduled for that day it may make the price go up slightly because employees go into overtime. we have been in business since 1984 and plan to continue to satisfy every customer. Sincerly Terry Smith (owner of all pro glass and mirror) P.S. we have called customer to make sure we pay him for the mess or give him 10% off his next purchase."

The men did an excellent job. The windows look great! The workers were professional and polite. The sales person replaced one window with thicker glass than what I had paid for. He said it would be better for that window because this particular window is large.

They were so much lower than all of the other bids that I received. They were originally contracted to just fix one window however the second window was broken by one of my contractors. When I contacted All Pro, they came out immediately to fix the other one. They did very good work and were professional.
