She is good overall, but have notice a decline in quality.

I have used her couple of times and would say she is good and I appreciate the fact that she uses natural products. She is not quite as thorough as I would like and I would say I am pretty satisfied. I pay about $75.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Twila was professional and punctual and her pricing was, frankly, low. The ceiling fans, however, were cleaned only when I specifically asked for them to be, and the windows, baseboards and mantles were left dirty. Moreover, items essential to the recently re-enameled bathtub were thrown out. All of this led to problems with my landlady when she inspected the property.

Great -- Twila responded to my e-mail right away and we set up a time on the following Saturday. She called to let me know she was running late, which wasn't a problem for me since I was still trying to clear clutter.

Twila called me right back and I set up an appointment. She considered bringing another person, but said that she could handle it herself. I explained that I really needed the floors done, and told her that I would give her a little extra money ($150 instead of $120) to really focus on the details. Twila was prompt, friendly, and worked steadily. However, the house was not as clean as I would have liked. At the end of the day, she said she had somewhere to be, but that the floor probably needed another mopping. This was an understatement. We stayed up late finishing the cleaning. I would have been willing to pay more to have the house cleaned well, and I don't think Twila was up front with me about what she would be able to accomplish in the time allotted. The house was not very dirty to begin with, but a pre-market cleaning is a big deal. I would have liked it if she had offered to come back the next day to finish, but even more important, I would have liked her to be more realistic about the time/work necessary to complete the job.

Overall, I was very satisfied. It did take a long time, but I am assuming this will only get shorter as she gets to know our house. She cleaned our kitchen, bathrooms, den, bedrooms, changed sheets, washed dishes, she even folded some of our towels and put them into the dryer.

Twyla was very punctual, extremely bright and a very hard worker. She was a breath of fresh air and left my house very clean.

Great! I called 2-3 days before and Twila worked around my schedule. Came really early to accomodate my schedule and was very professional. House looks amazing!

I called on Thursday and asked if she could come and clean on Saturday, Twila called to confirm and showed up early and got straight to work. We liked the job she did so much, we decided to ask her to come back in 2 weeks, she called ahead and was on time, She did a fantastic job! We have another appointment with her in 2 more weeks. She did such a super job. that we are recomending her to all of our friends and family members,

It went really wonderfully well. She cleaned everything. She's very conscientious and adaptable and a really nice person. She has lots of energy and never complains about anything I've asked her to do. I couldn't be more pleased and with her follow-ups, too. I have three dogs and three cats and they all love her. She's worth it. And she's honest as can be, a really important little point.
