Dr. Adams was great. He thoroughly exam my pups from nostril to paw. Dr. Adams took time and answered my questions. The staff was extremely kind and gentle with my pups. I loved the service provided! I would definitely recommend!

My cat has been a patient for a couple of yrs. I took him in for a basic groom. Pretty standard and he'd been sedated at this location several times prior. Upon picking him up, I noticed that his eyes were unevenly dilated, he didn't recognize me and was extremely agitated. The Dr didn't voluntarily offer to explain to me that something was wrong. I had to notice for myself. That in itself was very dihonest. The cat was lethargic and experienced equilibrium problems for several days, falling over, bumping into things. To add insult to injury I gave the groomer specific instructions as to how to cut him. She seemed rather preoccupied and impatient. Needless to say he wasn't groomed the way I requested. The sedation definitely went wrong and the groomer neglected to follow instructions. Due to my inconvenience and unnecessary stress/trauma to my cat I asked to be refunded. Not once, but several times and I felt entirely justified for requesting the refund. Well, they declined to refund me. I will be honest and say this....the ENTIRE staff are EXTREMELY pleasant and very professional. It doesn't feel good to write this review but in the end, my cat's health, my experience and my time all were compromised and I don't appreciate it. Good customer service skills can't cover this. The cat's eye is STILL unevenly dilated 6 days later. The stumbling and lethargic behavior subsided as of yesterday. All of this for a hair cut. As nice as they are....I will never return to this location. Hopefully, the next person's visit will be far more pleasant than mine.

Dr. Andrew Gutter and his staff, cared for my cat from the time I acquired him at 13 weeks in 1989, until he had to be put down in 2005 at age 16 years. During that time he needed surgery twice. The care provided was beyond "Excellent". They cared for him like he was their own and treated us like family. We highly recommend this veterinary practice.

I have had only one bad experience with them and the rest have been good. I would use them again in the future.

My 16 year old dog was in pain from arthritis and melanoma of the mouth that had spread. She was beginning to have kidney failure. It was clear that the time had come to put her down. The veternarian and staff were very caring and explained the procedure well. I was clearly very emotional and they cared for me as well as my sweet dog.

We have taken our dog here 3 times now. First time was for pink eye, which he had never had before. The second time time was for vomiting. They gave my dog three shots as well as an atibiotic to take home. We were spared unnecessary tests and the vet was very knowledgeable. The thrid time was for a dental cleaning. Each time we have taken him in for a sick visit, someone from the office always calls to follow up. The staff is very friendly.
