When designing an outdoor kitchen seven years ago, I needed someone to create a BBQ grill and crawfish boil burner in cement counter tops. Got Paul Preaux's name from someone and he was wonderfully easy to work with, fairly priced and reliable about calling back promptly and helping out with any questions. He has built and installed Emeril Lagasse's home barbecues and is just a terrific worker. His late 20's son is now working in business with him.
