When designing an outdoor kitchen seven years ago, I needed someone to create a BBQ grill and crawfish boil burner in cement counter tops. Got Paul Preaux's name from someone and he was wonderfully easy to work with, fairly priced and reliable about calling back promptly and helping out with any questions. He has built and installed Emeril Lagasse's home barbecues and is just a terrific worker. His late 20's son is now working in business with him.
Description of Work: These folks make custom barbecue grills....same cost, or less, than national brands but with custom service. They made me an attractive big outdoor grill with a side burner for frying oysters or fish, delivered and set it up, explained everything and all within one week. They also provide servicing. At previous house, they designed and installed a BBQ grill into concrete counters on an outdoor kitchen. Family owned and operated (just a father and son do all sales, building, installation and service), fair, honest and really fine people. Have recommended them to many folks over past seven years and everyone has been pleased.
