We had 10 door locks that needed to be re-keyed. Courtney was our locksmith. She was pleasant, funny and very professional. Ask for her when you call! Price was very reasonable.

Fabulous at every stage. When I initially called the staff who assisted me over the phone were cheery, pleasant, and helpful (this is often not the case w businesses). The locksmith, Hugh Fogarty, first came to view the work, make suggestions, provide an estimate, and scheduled an appt for the next day. The initial job evolved into a much larger one as I got a better understanding of what was needed and what my options were. Hugh was well informed and excellent at providing options to the numerous scenarios I presented. Everything was completed in one day. Hugh worked the entire time he was here, focused on customer satisfaction as much as completing the job. He stayed late and worked through lunch. About 3 weeks later we were having consistent challenges w one particular lock. I called Acme - same excellent phone customer service. I specifically requested Huge and although he had an already full schedule, I was fit into his schedule the next day. He came out first thing in the morning. Same excellent service. Adjusted the lock. There was no charge for this.

Called Acme at around 10 am and they showed up around 12:30 pm and got the job done in about 45 min. I am very pleased with their work especially the same day service.

Called called Nina at the office and she called me right back in about 10 minutes. Kelly showed up about 20 minutes later. She was very nice and professional. The job took about 30 minutes and I was able to pay easily by credit card.

I managed to lock myself out of the house after regular business hours, and Kelly was able to be there in less than 30 minutes. We were able to get into the house in less than an hour. While she was there she also rekeyed our locks. We had several different locks on all of our doors and she was able to troubleshoot and problem solve to be able to get all of our locks rekeyed to the same key. Because our locks were so messed up it took her a little longer than normal but she didn't charge us for this work because she wanted it to be right. She actually cared about making the customer happy and satisfied despite having to work after hours. She was wonderful!

Called ahead to alert us of her coming, came as expected, pleasant personality, knows her business, but her minimum is too high for doing nothing.
