Holes were drilled around entire perimeter of house and insecticide injected. All interior plumbing sites through slab were also treated. Two people were here for 2 days working to complete the protective services. They cleaned up all their drilling mess and mortared all the drill holes closed. Their work seemed much more intensive and thorough than the termite protective services that we had done on our prior residence for a comparable payment.

They're consistent, in that they always send the same person every month, so I know who is coming, and he's familiar with our house. Their price seems reasonable, though I don't have anything to compare it to. I don't have any complaints about the quality of their work.
