Very efficient; double checked the window was under warranty and saved us $250. We have bought 3 vehicles from Musson Patout and would highly recommend them for their service and integrity.

It went very well. I dropped off my car in the morning and it was done before close of business that day. The staff was very good with answering my questions about the service and they were very upfront about the cost of everything. The same went with routine oil changes. The service department even gave me a list of things I could do myself when they needed to be done.

THey were very helpful and gave us all of the information needed.

I brought my car in because of some rough idling while stopped at a red light. They did a full inspection which took half of the day. They determined the air control motor had a lot of carbon build up on it and was going out, there was a slight leak in the power steering line, but not too bad and the rear brakes needed changing. They did not have time to begin working on my car and suggested I make an appointment to bring it back in for the repairs. I did leave frustrated thinking my car would have been repaired the same day for the one issue I brought it in for. However, I researched on the internet the problems they discovered and with a few suggested tests I could do myself to confirm their diagnosis, I was satisfied they were being honest and the price quoted was fair. I brought my car in for the repairs they suggested, and also asked them to change the spark plugs while my car was in the repair shop for the day. The service manager was kind enough to give me a loaner car since my car would be there all day because they were short handed that day. Overall, I have used this provider for the past 3 years to service my Toyota vehicles. They have always been professional and fair with their prices. I did rate them a B on responsiveness and punctuality because it is not a quick in and out place for service. You can expect to wait at least an hour or longer for an oil change and routine maintenance. It does get frustrating at times when they do a complete inspection each time you come in and sometimes find problems when you had only hoped for an oil change. Better to be safe than sorry though. I do trust this provider with my vehicles and will continue to use them in the future.

My experience with them was very good. The salesperson was very professional. They were not very pushy, and they were easy to deal with. This is the second car I bought from them.

I like everything about them.
