Allowing this company to advertise. when they do not have licensing. they lie about having legal paperwork as well as having permits. They only work from 10pm to 6 am one day a week if they aren't having some over the top emergency. They won'treply to any messagesfor days then it'sa vile rude reply like messagingme 2000 times a day won'tmakeme go any faster, they charge you. Twice or for stuff you paid a separate company to do. They promise you all kind of nice things and show you all these amazing pictures, and you do not get that. We were promised a backyard amazing sitting area we didn't receive. We paid for dishwasher she could put it so promised a tankless water heater. We already paid for technicalityin place of dishwasherdidn'tget either. We paid marble countertopswe got epoxy poured cost is 300 difference. They demand electricity an water in vacant homes and threaten you by sayingit's la law to provide. They tell you you aren't their boss or in a authority position that you have no say or control of what they do while working . They use home as a hotel an sleep there . Charge you for job taking longer than expected. But they never work they are reason why. They cuss u out when they don't like what you ask or say. They make changes without permission. They claim they own 80 rentaks but say they need money they are in a bad way. 2 week job will take you a minimum of 6 months. Your calls & messagesgo unanswered for days even weeks . They complain about time its taking but leave to vegas for week long party.asking them if they're gonna work, and they message you back rude messages, threatening you that they'll tear everything out and walk away, and and they just keep lying about getting permits and licensing when you ask for paperwork for your records, they ignore you or they make up A. Reason why they can't give it to you like. It's being renewed at the moment they just lie constantly. Worst company I have ever dealt with. They want money non-stop, they ask for money constantly. Even though they're so-called contract that they give you. Which is not a contract states, you make 3 payments. You're down payment your halfway point. And then when the work is complete, they make excuse after excuse of why they can't come work for a week or 2. They tell you that the law states. You must supply them electricity and running water in everything. In a vacant house..cuss you out because they power was out over a storm that and they will not be working if power isn't on, you can't sell becausetheynever finishedbut every week they are finishedand keys will be yours tomorrow. Ive been a mechanic for 23 plus years and my toolbox is worth more than any cheap tools they have . I have tools that one costs more then their walmart drill . I tried now for months to get copies of licenses, permits, contracts we supposedly signed it has to be a paper contract not some internet list of materials. And they just refuse to give us anything on paper for records. I told them they cant use pictures for advertising and i was cussed out and accused of being on drugs by telling them this. And it was harassment and defamation. An would be sued . She will make accusations that you have been beyond rude and somehow forgot she was the one saying and doing the vile stuff . been since May 4th. And today is October19 2weeks she quoted and still not finished. But it's not her fault it's been so long it's yours. I kept every message, everything she sent bill wise I printed all pictures an text emails lies, for I had a feeling that it was going to be a issue .
