We had a power surge in the neighborhood and it fried two surge protectors that were plugged into two outlets that were not
grounded. I had thought perhaps I had a breaker that wasn't working, since only some outlets were affected. He checked all the
breakers and determined it was the two outlets. He changed out the outlets to grounded outlets. He also cut the cords off the surge protectors to make sure no one used them mistakenly and got hurt. I thought that was a nice touch. I was very satisfied with his work.
