Their price is a little higher than everybody else, but their quality is good. They are pretty punctual. It doesn't take him that long to do the service. I get in and out fairly fast.

They're very reliable. They have great availibilty and if you have to leave your car there they have a shuttle service to take you home. Additionally, they are very personable.

It was great, they gave me a good price, kept the appointment, got it done in a couple of hours, when I went to check out, they tried to charge me $400, I told them over the phone they gave me $280, and that is what they charged me.

I can get the best deal there. There is a Toyota place here in Bastrop. Whenever I try to buy a new car locally because believe it is a small town and they will never grow if you do not use their own products but cars are expensive. I keep telling them to be more competitive. They have never been as competitive as Van Trow Toyota . I get a really good deal there. They can give me the most they can for my car. I try to do the trade in, to sell my car. They were very courteous. When I walk in they were just ready to help me, bring me a cup of coffee while I am waiting. They waiting rooms were really nice when I get service. They do everything they can to make it a good experience and a good deal. I shopped around. I do get a new car every year. I did even check in Arkansas and also checked on the computer and also tried in town near me but I still got my best deal from Van Trow Toyota. The next time I would not even shop around. I would go straight to Van Trow Toyota.

I called ahead of time to inquire if I needed an appointment. They said I did not, but recommended that I have the vehicle at the service department when they open so they'd have time to complete the work. I have a luxury car made by a different manufacturer. This dealership lacks the professionalism I have grown accustomed to at the other dealership. However, they did call me to inform me about the timing belt which needed to be replaced (after 60,000 miles) which I appreciate. I had them perform the 60,000 mile service and had them replace the timing belt. I believe they perform good work.
