ROCKET LUBE & CAR WASH

Two years ago they replaced my spark plugs ( I provided plugs and coil packs) & coil packs. They did a great job and the cost was minimum. Understand I’ve used this company for many years and the only complaint has been the car washers. Yesterday I asked if they could replace the plugs & coil packs again, change the oil and give me a complete detail wash? This time I didn’t supply the parts, it was agreed on. When they brought the truck back my cost was & $815.28 we I asked why so high the manager said the parts were $550.00. I couldn’t really discuss the matter in detail due to being at work however later I did some investigating concerning the cost of the parts and what I found out was the most expensive parts wouldn’t have cost half of what he said. My invoice doesn’t say what the parts & labor were, most companies would have called and told the customer how much the parts cost before they started giving the customer the choice to continue or not. I’m deeply disappointed in the way I was done and take no pleasure in writing a negative review but I want to warn others so they won’t get over changed. If you want your oil changed they’re great, but if you want anything else done don’t do it. Sorry guys, Disappointed

I was a vrey loyal customer until 2012. The service began to become questionable. I would ask for synthetic oil and was given regular oil. Other serivce issues also were aparent. To be fair, the customer service and quality has improved this year. Not sure if they were going through a bad spell or what happened. I might try them again in the near future if I keep hearing positive news about the service.

They are pretty personable and explain what they are doing to your car.

Arden is very professional and gave us valuable information about the vehicle we had just purchased and were having detailed and serviced.  He is always a pleasure to work with as he has done several state inspections for us too.  The waiting room is nice and has lots of magazines and TV to watch while you wait.  The car wash crew is professional and does a good job.  We appreciate that they support ULM too!
