Rhymes Lawn Care

I spoke to a gentleman who said he would stop by the following afternoon (a Friday) to give me an estimate. I got off work at noon but no one showed up. I called the service again Monday and the man said he "forgot about it." He got my address again and said he would stop by the following morning. No one ever came or contacted me. I know people get busy and it is sometimes difficult to juggle appointments (I use this term loosely since specific times were never given). But if you don't have time to add another lawn and/or cannot show up on a given day, you need to communicate that to your potential customer.

We have a small yard but still wanted a lawn service. We had seen Rhymes signs up around town, and a search on the Yellow Pages site showed seven 5-star reviews. We called him on Thursday to get an estimate, and he stopped by Friday to give us a quote. He showed up promptly on Saturday to do the work. He charged us $40 for the first visit (since we had some yard waste to clear), and then $35 every other week. We're very pleased with the quality of his work and his professionalism.
