Technician was on time, friendly, and efficient. Answered all my questions in a friendly and knowledgeable fashion. He worked quickly, did an excellent job, and CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF.

This particular visit was the first of an annual contract. (I have used Pierce twice before this.)
Having worked my way through college with my father-in-law, an excellent AC/Refrigeration man himself, it was evident to me that Chris possessed the knowledge to do AC work well, and the professionalism to take it further toward excellence. He did the job right and didn't try to "snow" me.
Pierce Service Company's professionalism is outstanding, their price is competitive, and I have great confidence in their knowledge and ability. I intend to keep renewing my contract with them as long as I live here.
