My wife's piano was housed in my in-laws trailer with a good sized porch with easy access to piano. The piano movers arrived about 20 minutes late and apologized for their tardiness. When they moved the piano onto the porch they asked for a broom. When located they let me sweep all the dust off the back there instead of after I got it home. I hadn't thought of that so that was actually a plus. They had all the necessary equipment and the piano arrived to its new home with no new scratches.
The only downside was that they had quoted me 150 - 200 on the phone, depending on the difficulty of getting it in the van, and then when it was all done the paperwork said the quote was actually 200 - 250 and they claimed to give me a bit of a discount since they were late. Still with the limited number of providers in the area I would definitely chose them.
