real estate appraisal
+ -1 moreMr. Hammock did not include in my appraisal a brand new a/c and heating system that was installed last year (2010) along with new duct work and a 10-year warranty. His appraisal was requested by my bank in December and it took a month for him to make it out here. I believe his appraisal was about $8,000.00 lower than the actual value of my home, when considering all the renovations and the comps in the area.
Description of Work: Mr. Hammock came to appraise my home for a refinance.
