My main beef is that the first time they came out it just happened to be raining and they said they would not be able to do the exterior hydrant, as it was too wet (the fitting was sweated on).  Continuing in that they said that they would leave the interior portion incomplete, all that needed to be done to finish was to install the stem for the shower head, so that I could do whatever I planned to cover the hole they had to cut in the wall. It would however entail a 2nd call out fee. So in the end what was supposed to be able to be done for under $200, their quote, ended up costing double. It would have been nice if they had said that morning before they came out that there might be a chance for something like that.
All that being said, the work was quality and they were there when they said they'd be. Just a warning that you might get jobbed if it's an outside job and the weather isn't great.
I intend to call them and discuss eliminating or reducing the fee for the second call out but my hopes are not high. I will update once I have the final word. Also they add 1.5% per month for bills past 30 days as stated on the bottom of the statement they sent me.

It didn't take them very long to correct it. Because they are large they can get to you even the day you call. They are prompt. They did good work. The two guys that came out to the house were professional.

Excellent. Ricki and his helper arrived at the appointed time and got to work right away. 5 hours latter i had hot water everywhere. Excellent workers. Very courteous, professional and well trained. Would definitely use them again.

They were very good. They were fast, professional and they did good work. Their price was average.

We were referred to Kelly by friends in the area. We called and were told they would call back and schedule and appointment; they arrived the next day without notice but luckily we were home. They quickly and professionally replaced our faulty outdoor spigot in around 30 mintues. Can't really comment on price because we went with our friends' advice.

It was just a referral from an acquaintance who had had good results. They had responded quickly. I really can't compare the price too much because I haven't had much experience with a plumber except, the only other plumbing contractor we used was a friend so we would occasionally get a little break. I really don't know how they compare.

The guy came flying over here to take care of it. They go above and beyond to take care of it. Their prices are a little higher, but they're always punctual. They do great work. We've used them for years.

think I over spent with them but I think that is the case with any plumber. They did pretty good and descent work. They are courteous. I wish they had given better advice for the remodel. I ended up having to replace a toilet after the remodel myself and that works better now. They did not anticipate the problem with the sewage. They gave me good advice on the different styles of toilet.

I've used them a lot over the years. They've replaced pipes, installed fixtures, installed a tub, and a couple of toilets. They are very knowledgeable and professional. It's an old family business.

They are courteous, prompt, and efficient. They don't charge me for things I don't need. They don't try to sell me something I can't afford. I would grade them highly all the way.

I called and they gave me a much cheaper price than the other that I called. It was horrible.

The bathroom remodel in summer 2010 involved the installation of two sinks, a tub, a shower stall, and a toilet, all in new places, so the plumbing was reworked. The cost of that job was included in my review of Paradise Enterprises, but it is related to this report.

Since the remodel, there have been 4 instances of the sewer line clogging in the newly remodeled master bath. Kelly Plumbing unclogged the line each time with varying degrees of promptness depending on whether I was able to contact the owner. The clogging has been blamed on everything from the toilet paper I was using to bends in the sewer line to the 1.6 gal/flush toilet (the particular model I got was suggest by Kelly Plumbing as being as good as any other) to squirrels stuffing things down the vent stacks (that could have been the contractor coming up with that one). I used cheaper toilet paper. That didn't work. In fact, most recently, there was less than a month between clogs. The owner of Kelly Plumbing has suggested a new better toilet. Well, I've gotten this and quot;new better toiletand quot; and installed in myself because I'm not paying someone more money if this isn't going to work. And if it doesn't work, a different plumber will be called who will be willing to work on diagnosing the problem rather than taking 127.50 every couple of months to stuff a hose down my vent stack to unclog the sewer line.

But at least Mr. Kelly did a good job installing the on-demand water heater. That, along with the new shower in the remodeled bathroom, I am enjoying.
