He does excellent work and therefore is hard to get him to the house. Lucky for us my wife had quit her job and was there all the way from design to the completed product. So it was done right and we had no problems.

The end product was acceptable, but getting there was frustrating. This is a family owned company...which I like,and I like the people I planned and signed contracts with, but these people were not around when the work was done, so in at least 3 instances, things were done wrong and had to be redone...as I was at work when the workers showed up without supervision...even though I asked that they contact me so I could be there when they began work. They were most willing to correct mistakes, but I feel like a nagging customer who keeps asking for work to be redone. If you do business with them, just be there when the work is done and put in the contract that the supervisor you signed an agreement with will accompany workers to the site. This would solve the frustration for both the consumer and the business.
