He knew what he was doing and had all parts to fix.

Excellent service. He called me back quickly and set up a service call right away the same day. Told me over the phone (due to my explanation) exactly what could be wrong. Was friendly, polite and professional and even showed me exactly what he did to rectify my washer's issue. Will gladly recommend him to anyone needing large appliance repair.

Very prompt service.   He had an idea what the issue was by my description.  Fixed my ice maker, explained what he was doing and why.  He answered all my questions.   Professional.

After a telephone conversation about my Frigidaire refrigerator freezing
up for the third time, Mr. Primm said it could be one of three things.
He had the part on hand when he came by. I had already defrosted the
fridge over the weekend, as it took all afternoon to completely
defrost. I had to suction the water out with a turkey baster because
the drip pan was not large enough to hold all the water. Because it
took a while for the freezer to freeze over, I didn't notice it until
after the 1-year warranty was passed, and Lowe's said they couldn't do
anything about it. I called the company and they said they couldn't do
anything about it. As far as I am concerned, it never worked right. My
lesson learned is that I will never buy any Frigidaire brand anything
in the future, and I will make sure I let them know, and I don't
recommend that brand to anyone else. It is cheaply constructed in
Mexico with parts from all over the world.
However, I would not hesitate to recommend H S Appliance Repair to anyone who
wants a job well done by someone who and quot;knows his stuff.and quot;
It has now been 13 days since the repair was done and the timer is doing its job.
There is no ice accumulation on the back wall of the freezer. Thank you Mr. Primm.

I had just purchased a new home and when I moved in it was very hot . Needless to say I called my insurance and they called H S Service. They came quick and had me with air within and hour. The guy knew exactly what he was doing and he was very professional.

I called and left a message on a Friday. The gentleman called me back. He stated he would go home that night and research the issue. He came by the next morning, and within 10 minutes had the problem diagnosed. He had to adjust a drain hose, and from Whirlpool’s suggestion, changed out a switch. Not once did he blame the customer. He listened to the customer. He realized that the user of the appliance would know what the issue was. He was able to resolve the problem and then hung around to make sure it was washing correctly. He stated if it didn’t work, to call him, and he gave me his cell phone number. I haven’t had to call him. It was great to have someone listen to the customer’s complaint instead of blaming the customer. He asked me questions to confirm the issue, and researched it before he came, so he knew what he needed to check prior to walking in the door. I love Hand S and they will get future work from me. Someone that doesn’t mind you watching their work knows they are doing the right thing. I will also refer him to other people.
