The two gentlemen that perform alignments are master craftsman. I've used them for years. I am a mechanic and understand the process they go through. They will NOT align a vehicle if there are suspension / parts issues, but will also give an honest opinion on when parts need replaced. I recently had an out of town shop quote $1000 of repairs "needed" (tie rod ends, arms, etc), but Brown confirmed that everything was tight and no parts replacement was necessary.
