I use them for the bundled cable modem and phone service. It's unlimited long distance; all together it's about $65/month. The service is pretty good; I have only had two interruptions in service and both were weather-related. The serviceman who installed the cable was a bit snippy, but he did show up on time and got everything installed. The customer service on the phone has been helpful when I needed it. I did have a problem when I requested to have our name/number not be listed. The rep didn't want to do it. She kept telling me I should be listed. Strange thing to have to argue about for phone service but she did finally do it. I didn't use them for TV service so can't comment on that. It's not stellar service but competent and I would use them again.

I contracted for HD service, after service installed I noticed I did not seem to be getting HD signal. Tect service fried the reciever box I had on Friday or Sat trying to get HD signal. I was told to take box back to local office on monday-weekend without tv. When I returned box to office on monday was told that it was not a HD revicver! I would have assumed the installing tech would have a work order with my requested service! Was given an HD box and told to hook up myself - after having service for 5 mos. I called to get another HD reviever for another TV I was installing in bedroom - local office advised me that they were out of recievers. Corp. office in Texas told me on phone that local office had recievers but after asking a second time was told no reviever at local office. I cancelled service and now have DirectTV and AT&T dsl service.
Description of Work: The provider I did business with is located at 725 Benton Rd, Bossier City, LA. You have a listing at that address listed as Cox communations. This is now SuddenLink. I had cable service for tv and internet started in sep, 2010.
