Our experience with this company was very good at first until we had water pouring into our brand new bathroom. The project began at the beginning of June 2012 and ended towards the end of August 2012. They built a bedroom, bathroom, and closet to our existing home. The project manager/foreman, Richard Sigue, was very sneaky and certainly had us fooled. The only negative things that we noticed at first were that the project took longer than expected and went slightly over budget. Also, the plumber that was hired did not finish his part of the project and a second plumber had to be hired. At the end of the project, we thought everything was good.
Then came January 2013 which was a very rainy month. On one evening of heavy rain, we noticed water pouring into our brand new bathroom. This, of course, alerted us that maybe other things were wrong with our project. We then hired a building inspector to inspect everything. He found gross neglect in the entire project. The worst mistakes were the most expensive -- the roof and the foundation that were both completed improperly. The main contractor, Cody Andrepont, and his project manager, Richard Sigue, were not interested in talking to us about fixing anything. After multiple attempts to have them "make things right", we were forced to file suit in August 2013. WE WOULD ADVISE THAT NO ONE HIRE CODY ANDREPONT D/B/A ANDREPONT HOMES OR C&S HOME IMPROVEMENT.
April 2015 - We have noticed that they are now advertising as Andrepont Builders.
