I hired another company who is VERY highly rated on this site. It was a flat roof reverse dormer thing. Like 8x5. So FIRST guy comes out and tells me it's going to be 3,400 dollars to repair. He had swatches of roof stuff and everything. I put down a deposit of half. Then I thought...WTH? That's too much. Called Sandra who answered right away gave me a price that was .....get this....1/3 of the cost of the other guy. Roof hasn't leaked even in our last crazy downpour.

Sandra was extremely personable, patient, prompt, professional, and cost efficient. She went out of her way to assist me. Detailing the process every step of the way, Very pleased with the services.

I hired Sandra to refinish our cherry wood cabinets because I wanted them painted and distressed, I was told the project would take 3 days to complete, they started the work,took the cabinet doors down to sand them, the sanding was not doing the job and used stripper on 3-4 of the doors and left the others outside took and it rained that night and now my cabinets are warped, they dumped stripper all over outside in my yard and concrete, some of my plants died and possibly a tree, Sandra fired the workers and then sent out another tech to complete the work, I bought latex paint for the paint, and the paint was not sticking, I was told the paint needed to be a oil based paint but I was not told that, I went a got the correct paint and the cabinets doors were taken to the techs garage to finish them and then came back to do more work to the boxes in the kitchen, I was actually thinking the work was starting to look good, I received a call from Sandra and she told me the tech dropped off the cabinets doors at my front door and it is raining outside and I needed to get them inside which I did, and I start looking at the work and my cabinets doors are cracked, chipped,and dented, they are destroyed, I could not believe what I saw, I called Sandra and explained to her this is unacceptable and Sandra took full responsibility and said that she was going to sent a cabinet maker out, I told Sandra I just wanted my money back and did not trust them to do the work anymore, Sandra said that she was not able to do that, I got 3 bids to complete the work and all the bids were around $4700
