Every one of them to include a Window World tech said the window and sliding glass door was improperly installed and shoddily sealed, three contractors pointed out flaws that I did not even notice on separate visits. When the company was contacted about the flaws they were non-committal but did send a tech out as mentioned. Other contractors after the tech came said the corrective applications were not worth the the money my grandmother paid, which she should not have been required to pay, but there is shady installer vs. manufacturer contract agreement that they use to shield themselves from honoring the agreement. When my grandmother called to complain about the issues, she said that the supervisor she spoke with was rude and unwilling to correct the issue. Personally, I can tell you that I have indeed viewed some obvious defective material used in the installation of everything, but please note that I have no idea of how long ago this installation was made.
