Service was great...very helpful loading up everything into my vehicle. Pleasant staff. As for the plant itself...after a week or so, I discovered the ficus was infested with cuban laurel thrips and there were millipedes in the soil. I was very surprised because my inspection before purchase found nothing. The nursery must have had an infestation, and some of the critters must have been hiding out. As for the millipedes in soil, I cleaned the pot and roots before potting, so the sterile potting soil was obviously not sterile. Altogether $200 down the drain. Even after pruning and treating leaves and roots, my plant never recovered. I was so disappointed because I expected a better product from a local nursery. I will probably return to Plant Gallery for gift ware or small plant purchases, but not for large indoor plants.
