Computer Repair
I had a terrible experience with this company. It is a family run business and the husband is the computer tech. A friend told me he does a good job so I took my computer there. I had no problems with the husband and don't doubt the quality of his work. His wife and adolescent son, however, run the front of the store and make it very difficult to get any information about the work being done. I called on many separate occasions over a month and got little or no information. Often times I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. When I called back they offered no apology and even less information about my computer. Ultimately, I picked up my MacBook after a month without any work having been done on it. It had smudges from tape on it and the battery was cosmetically damaged, probably dropped, because the corner of it was bent so that it no longer fits flush. The wife denied responsibility and offered no apology. I encountered another customer in the store who reported a similar experience.
