We dropped the computer off at their office. Approx 3 weeks later, I called to find out the status. The tech admitted that it was sitting on a shelf and had been overlooked. The machine was ready the next day, however, there was no attempt to discount due to the lack of attention.
My computer is working fine, so their work was good. They came recommended. I will likely use them again if needed. I'll just stay on top of the work more closely.
