Supreme Muffler Shop

Ordered hitch for my truck, it was custom order. Paid them to install it, as it was very complex and requires special tools. They did the install in 1 day (place is very busy, do not expect walk-in to be serviced immediately), but upon accepting the job I look underneath the vehicle and mentioned 1 screw missing. The guy must have been embarrassed (as he should be for such a sloppy job) and asked me for 20 minutes to fix the issue. So, trust but verify!

The service was awesome! They are very professional. Before performing the repairs, the technician show my hus band and I the problem and how to fix it without charging an arm and leg like the dealership. Very good, prompt service. I highly recommend this facility.

At the last minute my catalytic converter went out, right before I was going out of town. I brought the car to them with no warning and they fixed it in just a few hours, and now it runs like a brand new car! I am even rethinking selling it. These guys are great!

Supreme Mufflers had previously replaced 2 of the 3 catalytic converters on my wife's 2000 LS2000 Saturn. I had asked them to find the cause of why the catalytic converters had gone bad. Diagnostic testing had shown 1 of the 4 O2 sensors was bad causing too much fuel to be discharged into the exhaust system. The labor charge was extremely reasonable. Set a date to have the O2 sensor replaced. Car is running fine and the engine lite is finally off.

My wife backed over something in our 2011 Nissan Altima. She bent the dual exhaust pipes and I was concerned that they may be damaged or leaking. You could easily see that the pipes were bent out of position when standing behind the car. I called the dealer and they said take it to a muffler shop. She took it to Supreme and they put it on the rack, checked the pipes and straightened them so they look perfect. The bill was $0. Thats right - No Charge! And she was in and out in less than 45 minutes. She said they were professional and polite. The result looks great and they didn't even charge. What else can you say - they get an A+ from me.

These guys were exceptional. I was in and out in about 90 minutes. Very pleasant employees and I never felt like I was being "upsold" on anything (and with my car, there is always plenty that could be done). I'd tell my mom to take her car there, if she lived in Louisiana. Great guys, and the rates were just over half of what Midas quoted me. Also, on the wall of the lobby area are photos of all the classic and collector cars that come in for service. Collectors love their cars and these are the guys they trust. I'm gushing, I'll stop now.
