it went really well, it took 3 hours to do and I went shopping in their store and they called me when ready. very friendly.

The sales guy was very friendly and professional. He signed me up for their rewards program and just this purchase earned me $50! Also got the road hazard and extended warranty on the alignment. Tires look great and my car was well taken care of. Fast service. Highly The tire prices are awesome but their labor charges are horrible compared to a place like Sams but Sams doesn't do alignments so I'm happy with sears.

No problems, Tires put on and balanced. Good value. We purchased tires online and brought our own tires with us. They installed and balanced them within a reasonable amount of time. Piece of cake!

The man showed up, said he ran the diagnostics and there was nothing wrong and he left. Sears told me when I purchased the equipment that I needed to buy their extended warranty because they were the only ones who knew how to fix it. When I spoke to someone else yesterday that there were a whole lot of things that could have been wrong. He said part of it could be that there are bolts in my machine that may or may not have been removed. He didn't listen to what I had to say and he had his mind made up and he was out of here.
