S & I COMPLETE AUTOMOTIVE SVC

I was a good experience. My car was hit on the back bumper in parking and I went there to have it repaired. They repaired the dent on the bumper and applied some polish on the scratches and asked me to come back to get aligned properly similar to the original setting. They charged me only $20 for this service which was reasonable.

I ordered the service online at lemonsquad.com.
The Good:
They showed up at the used car dealer to perform the inspection. They coordinated with dealer on performing the inspection. They performed a pretty detailed inspection from what I heard and could see from the detailed report. They found a few things that I did not notice and some the dealer claimed to not know although they performed their own "comprehensive" inspection. He found black tape over the tire pressure indicator light. It was always on and the dealer claimed to not notice this. It was not a show stopper for me though.
The bad:
May have been too detailed on the inspection in that he reported things that were not actually broken. If they knew the car better or took time to read the owners manual, they would have found out how to properly work some of the controls. That being said, I would rather error on the side of caution than to miss something.
Conclusion:
Saved me money! I shared the report with the used car dealer and received $500 off our already negotiated price (already below kbb retail). More than that was piece of mind knowing that there were no major problems.Well worth the money.
Lemonsquad.com was also A+. I needed to pick up the car on the day of the inspection but the report was not filled yet. The customer service department called the inspector and then called me back with a list of his concerns. They were very friendly and even offered to return my call the next day (Saturday when they are closed) if I had any questions about the report I was to receive later that night.

See above. I wouldn't go to Sand I solely for the fact that I had a hard time understanding their accents. They would ask me questions and not being positive about what they were asking I wasn't sure if my answers were correct. Communication is important.

Overall I always get a good experince. I like to give Suheil and his crew some time to work my vehicles since he is ususally very busy.
