Pool and Spa Servicing
Work got done, he got paid. Skimmer replacement not bad, but when I went to vacuum the bottom of the pool after flooding, it would not work. The pool constantly had algae (later found to be due to poor circulation.) Main drain was not connected in plumbing of the pool. Insisted no Polaris could be installed, although there was a pump and plumbing for one previously. After repeated attempts to have him come rectify the situation, stopped taking/returning calls. I have hired another service to fix the problems--the owner said I was grossly overcharged, the pump was undersized, and the filter was for a small above ground pool, so it was already clogged. (I have a large in ground pool.) Still haven't gotten in touch with Rusty...just been leaving messages.
