Furniture - Sales
After looking at my 70" television that I was going to use the t.v. stand for I found that the television that I have has a custom stand that the t.v. is permanently attached to so I would not be able to use the stand that I purchased from Rooms To Go. I called them and told them that I would not be able to use the stand but to deliver the other items. The furniture was delivered to my home. About 3 weeks after delivery I received a phone call from Rooms to Go stating that the Best Buy card that they gave me was no longer valid because I did not buy the t.v. stand. I have been going back and forth with the store to no avail. I told them that this is not what was sold to me, that since I purchased the sofa and tables which was over $5,000.00 that I bought "the room" and that the t.v. was a bonus. I am still waiting for a managers call.
